2025 Memorial Cup

Brzustewicz has been battling for minutes on a stacked London blue line all season long. His hard work payed off, as he saw a lot of time in this tournament paired with Sam Dickinson. His brother Hunter is an NHL draft pick and made his debut in the NHL this season. He has a chance to be London's top defender next season. His game has been developing at a good pace. He is well coached playing for the Knights and got bug game experience. He had a very solid tournament although he was quiet in some games. He scored a big goal to tie the game midway through round robin game against Rimouski. Made a nice stretch pass up the middle to open the scoring in Championship game against Medicine Hat. He did a good job getting pucks to the net when he can. Brzustewicz flashes some offensive upside, he can be dangerous when walking in from the blue line. He skated well and showcased fluid skating strides. Overall he played a disciplined game but still shows some bite. He made some solid defensive plays but will still need to fill out and continue to get stronger. Id say there is a solid chance Brzustewicz develops into a reliable NHL defender.

Brzustewicz is playing a lot bigger role on the Knights this year. Playing significant minutes on a very talented team. Has had solid offensive production so far this season. His brother Hunter is a 3rd round Calgary pick, currently having very good rookie AHL season. Henry plays a very similar style of game to his brother. Had a quiet game against Barrie, picked up a secondary assist. Looks about average size with some room to fill out frame. Needs to continue become stronger on his skates. Can struggle against stronger players when defending his net front. Aggressive style of play, likes to jump into the play. Needs to continue to work on defensive positioning. Smooth skating strides. Great outlet passer. Displayed very accurate tape to tape passes. Overall Brzustewicz shows solid upside but still a very raw prospect at this time.
